Seim Munif
Group Chief Financial Officer
Seim has 25 years of experience within finance, including 14 years in the recruitment industry. He started his finance career at PwC, working in the UK and Australia/Asia on audit, capital markets transactions, M&A and Sarbanes-Oxley projects.
In 2011 he joined a listed STEM recruiter where he quickly progressed to Group Director of Finance through a focus on strategic change and business partnering; systems, processes and controls and a philosophy of continuous improvement. Seim joined a PE backed tech and financial services recruiter in 2019 to help the business successfully prepare for private equity investment and subsequently supported the business in transforming its governance structure and strategic prioritisation, optimising finance, operations and reward and acquiring/setting up a number of new businesses.
Seim joined The SR Group in May 2024. His broad experience in finance and the recruitment sector provide a strategic view for the business and an ability to take on strategic projects that many similar businesses struggle to achieve. His passion for recruitment stems from the pivotal role it plays in empowering people to achieve their aspiration and the passion of the people that drive it forward – especially at The SR Group!
Seim graduated from Oxford University where he studied experimental psychology before briefly joining the Royal Marines.
