Careers with
The SR Group
Each of our recruitment brands are leaders within their specialisms. And wherever you work within The SR Group, we offer a career path that ensures the future you aspire to is always within reach.
Putting your future in reach
We live by our values.
We believe strongly in nurturing talent, and we know that success and happiness mean different things to different people.
Whether you want to manage a team, focus on billing, start a new desk, travel the world or move into a new specialism, we’ll support you through your journey.
We believe in clear goals, honest conversations and the freedom and flexibility to work your way.
We’re committed to transparency, and with that comes trust.
How we work
We encourage you to work independently. You have the autonomy to build your own client base and manage your own time.
But you’re supported by an experienced team and a culture where our values – being authentic, collaborative, agile and expert – are attitudes that we live and breathe every day, whether we’re working with colleagues, clients or candidates.
It’s an approach that brings out the best in people, time and time again.
We have a great track record of developing long-term careers, with many of our leaders having started with us right at the start of their careers. It’s a meritocracy where talent, attitude and contributions in line with our values are always rewarded.
Choose your path
We’ve built a defined career pathway that offers our people a transparent picture of a future that’s always in reach.
For Recruiters we have built an end-to-end pathway, running from Resourcing Consultant or Recruiter all the way to Partner. And along the way, there’s the freedom to choose the route you take towards senior positions – whether it’s billing or senior management.
Better still, we have the training and development in place to help you navigate your career successfully, whatever your experience. From a structured 12-week learning and development plan for anyone early in their recruitment career, to leadership training, which is offered to all managers globally, everything is in place for you to excel.
For business services we have career pathways to match your chosen discipline, whether this be IT, finance, marketing, client services, legal, administration or people and development. You will find support at every step in your career journey, including a wealth of training modules to help guide you as you take on more senior opportunities.
Volunteering
All of our employees are given a paid volunteering day, every year.
It’s a policy that complements our values and wellness agenda perfectly, with research showing the positive impact of volunteering on mental health.
A perfect antidote to a busy day job, it’s important to us that employees volunteer for the causes and charities that mean something to them individually.
Mirroring what we do in recruitment, volunteering allows us to make meaningful community connections – and offers much-needed support for a variety of community initiatives and causes.
Diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI)
Our DEI strategy aims to challenge our existing processes and policies, both through internal training and initiatives with progressive partners. It’s also rooted in our DEI pledge – a series of ambitious commitments that will shape our long-term future.
We know that understanding professionals beyond their CVs can be a problem in search and recruitment, but that we can play an active role in solving it.
As a global search and recruitment company with a significant footprint, we understand the positive changes that we influence can have an impact far beyond our own company.
UK gender pay gap
We publish our UK gender pay gap figures annually. It’s a process we take very seriously, as it plays a vital role in helping us to constantly learn and improve.
Our latest gender pay gap report is below, which includes the latest data within our company. We also cover the initiatives we’re running to develop female talent and our future plans within this area.
