Social purpose
As a group, we’ve built enormous networks of professionals and businesses over the years. Our social purpose strategy uses that footprint to support causes and movements that are close to our hearts.
Playing to our strengths
Smaller charities with limited budgets inevitably struggle to find the professionals they need to expand their reach. Proudly, this is something we’re actively working to solve.
Whether it’s HR skills through Frazer Jones or marketing expertise through Carter Murray, we’re finding ways of connecting our networks of candidates and clients to charities and non-profit causes.
It’s a concept that’s in its infancy, but we’re already expanding it across each of our recruitment brands. Ultimately, that will offer charities help in HR, marketing, sales, tax, treasury, senior finance, legal, risk and compliance.
So far, our initiatives include:
- A platform that connects specialist professionals willing to volunteer for free to small charities with limited budgets
- Pro bono opportunities and trusteeships across our professional networks – helping charities to succeed
- Facilitating companies connecting with our broad network of charity clients, in order to foster working partnerships and collaborations
We’re extremely proud that through these initiatives we are supporting charities and causes that matter.
